Refund policy

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand and dropship products, replacements or refunds are provided only if the incorrect product was shipped.

You must submit a claim within 14 days of the delivery date.

Shipping and handling fee are not refundable. Refund will be processed only for the unit price that applies for refund.

If you received the wrong order, please email: kyla@kalinde.com with your order number and the issue. We will use this information to look into a replacement or refund and prevent future errors. Replacement or refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Returns are not accepted. If you send us your order, it will no longer be eligible for a replacement or refund. The item(s) will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The K.A. Linde Store is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. All sales are final.

Books may take 4-6 weeks to ship.
